Jemia M. Warner, LCSW, is a dynamic speaker and consultant known for her expertise in behavioral health, team communication, and emotional intelligence. With over a decade of experience, she uses the science of human behavior to help organizations improve well-being, strengthen team dynamics, and build emotionally intelligent leadership.
Jemia earned her Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has held leadership roles across government and healthcare sectors, including serving as Director of Healthcare Coordination Services for the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services.
As the Founder and CEO of the Rose Legacy Institute, Jemia provides psychotherapy, coaching, and community-based services to underserved populations. Her speaking engagements and executive coaching are rooted in real-world insight, and she brings a powerful, interactive style to workshops that energize teams and elevate workplace culture.
