Laura Chacon Marmolejos is an organizational development consultant at RC Warner Consulting, where she leads strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth, team development, and transformational change. Laura’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Hartford. This unique combination of social work, psychology, and business equips her with both the analytical expertise and the relational insight to create strategies that truly resonate with people while achieving measurable results.
